02On the palate, its amiable and fresh nature is accompanied by a pleasant raspberry undertone that emphasizes its drinkability. This still wine, with an alcohol content of 13% vol, is ideally served between 16 and 18 °C, perfect for earthy dishes with good aromaticity, such as Barolo-braised beef or rabbit in porchetta.
