Data We Collect

When you visit this website, our server automatically records the following data in server log files: IP address (anonymised after 7 days), browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of access, and pages visited. If you submit our contact form, we additionally collect your name, e-mail address, and the message you send. We do not collect any data beyond what is necessary for operating this website.

Data Retention

Server log files are retained for 7 days and then automatically deleted. Contact form data is stored for the duration necessary to process your enquiry and for up to 3 years thereafter in accordance with Austrian limitation periods. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Hosting & Infrastructure

This website is hosted on a virtual private server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner processes data as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data is stored exclusively within the EU/EEA.

Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. to store your language preference). No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used. Technically necessary cookies do not require your consent pursuant to §96(3) TKG 2021.
