Corvina, a grape varietal usually associated with structured reds from Veneto, surprisingly transforms here into a lively sparkling wine. In the glass, the bubbles are noticeable with a beautiful movement, hinting at a fine foam that then slowly retreats. Delicate floral notes emerge on the nose, almost almond-like, and a hint of freshly picked green apple, typical of its Extra Dry style.
