01Sangiovese, the principal grape of Tuscany, here expresses itself with its typical vivacity, meeting the characteristics of the Chianti Classico regulations. To the eye, this red presents with a beautiful ruby transparency. On the nose, notes reminiscent of ripe red fruit are perceived, with an earthy hint.

02On the palate, the sip is pleasantly vinous and characterized by an acidic note that makes it fresh and vibrant. Perfect with pappa al pomodoro or a bistecca alla fiorentina.
