Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01From Sangiovese, the principal grape of Tuscany and a pillar of Chianti Classico, this Il Palei emerges with its typical territorial vocation. In the glass, it presents a beautiful deep ruby red, promising a certain intensity. On the nose, elegant notes are perceived, recalling ripe red fruit, with a hint evoking the Mediterranean scrub.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, a beautiful structure supported by a lively acidity that guarantees its freshness and drinkability.

At the Table
03This wine pairs splendidly with a bistecca alla fiorentina or a dish of pappardelle with wild boar.
