Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Nebbiolo, the principal grape of Barolo, finds its noblest expression in this Piedmontese area, yielding wines of great intensity. In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red color, promising structure and complexity.

Palate & Finish
02On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit and earthy nuances typical of the terroir emerge. The palate is enveloped by a vibrant tannic texture, which asks for time to unfold and fully reveal its elegance. It pairs magnificently with agnolotti del plin with butter and sage, a braised beef in Barolo, or a platter of aged cheeses.
