Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Sui Lieviti
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Glera, the principal grape variety of these Venetian hills, finds a terroir here in Valdobbiadene that enhances its natural vocation. This sparkling wine, vinified Sui Lieviti, presents itself in the glass with a veil of turbidity, a sign of its artisanal imprint, where the bubbles come alive and dance lightly. On the nose, delicate notes of white fruit are perceived, along with a slightly sharper note reminiscent of sourdough starter.

Palate & Finish
02In the mouth, it offers pleasant freshness and vivacity that invites further tasting, supporting dishes based on spring vegetables, aromatic omelets, or fresh cheeses with character.
