01Cartizze DOCG, a sparkling wine that, by regulation, can bear the name of a specific and restricted area of Veneto, is presented here by Santa Margherita in an Extra Dry version, derived from the Glera grape. In the glass, it reveals itself with an elegant perlage and a foam of good finesse, a prelude to an aromatic expression that evokes fruity and floral notes.

02On the palate, it offers a pleasant softness, with a slight sweetness that blends with a fresh vivacity, making it an excellent choice with crostini with liver pâté, bresaola and goat cheese rolls, or shrimp in pink sauce.
