Anima del Pigozzo presents a deep ruby red with garnet reflections, offering aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, and hints of cocoa and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with smooth tannins and a persistent finish echoing the dark fruit and subtle spice. This Merlot is exceptional with slow-cooked lamb, grilled steak, mature cheeses, and porcini mushroom risotto.
