Curation Note

This Chardonnay presents a pale straw hue with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of green apple, white peach, and a hint of almond lead to a crisp palate with vibrant acidity and a clean, dry finish. Excellent with seared scallops, lemon herb roasted chicken, light pasta dishes, and fresh goat cheese.
