Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Sui Lieviti
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The land of Valdobbiadene, with its gentle Venetian hills, imbues this Glera with a unique character, made even more special by its lees aging. In the glass, it presents with a slight haze, a sign of unfiltered secondary fermentation that yields a fine and vibrant perlage. On the nose, delicate aromas are perceived, where white fruit intertwines with lightly toasted notes and a mineral vein.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the wine is straightforward and savory, with a liveliness that invites one to discover its complexity, perfect for accompanying an appetizer of crostini with spring vegetables, a seafood salad, or a light mixed fry.
