In the glass, the straw-yellow color comes alive with a fine and constant perlage, a prelude to delicate aromas that evoke white flowers and a light note of green apple.

02The freshness on the palate, with a hint of bitter almond, marries magnificently with the sapidity, making it an excellent companion for crostini with chicken liver pâté, light omelets, and delicate white meats.
