01Veneto, a land dedicated to viticulture, welcomes Collevento 921, a Pinot Grigio that reflects the typical freshness of the region. To the eye, the wine presents a pale, almost transparent straw yellow, indicative of winemaking focused on preserving the purity of the grape. On the nose, delicate floral notes and a hint of white-fleshed fruit, such as green apple, are perceived.
