Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Bardolino, a denomination that requires a blend of indigenous Veronese grapes such as Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara, is presented here in the Bonomo version from Az. Agricola Monte del Frà, a light and fragrant red. In the glass, a clear, pale ruby is observed, a prelude to notes of fresh red fruits and a floral hint.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, its liveliness and sapidity make it pleasant and thirst-quenching.

At the Table
03It pairs well with "risotto all'isolana" or roasted guinea fowl.
