Curation Note

Intense garnet with garnet reflections tending towards brown. Austere nose that requires patience, evolves with ripe red fruit jam, sweet and elegant notes of melted wood. Enveloping attack, present but fine tannins, remarkable freshness and full body. Complexity and structure blend in masterful balance, with a notable persistence. Long and deep finish, promises excellent aging potential. Pairs well with stewed game, wild boar in salmi, aged hard cheeses, bistecca alla fiorentina.
