This unfiltered Prosecco Col Fondo exhibits a hazy straw hue with a persistent, fine mousse, releasing aromas of ripe pear, Granny Smith apple, and a hint of almond pastry. The palate is dry with zesty acidity, offering flavors of tart green apple, subtle honeyed notes, and a mineral finish characteristic of its refermentation in bottle. Excellent with Venetian cicchetti, risotto alle verdure, grilled white fish, or prosciutto and melon.
