Appearance & Nose
01The Barbera d'Asti DOCG Superiore, as required by the regulations, demands a longer aging period compared to the basic version, enhancing the typical acidity of the grape variety and conferring greater structure and complexity. To the eye, this wine presents a beautiful intense ruby red color.

Palate & Finish
02On the nose, fruity and floral aromas are perceived, intertwining agreeably. On the palate, the vibrant freshness of Barbera is well balanced by a solid structure, making it an ideal companion for dishes such as agnolotti del plin, braised beef in Barolo, or a selection of aged cheeses.
