02The progression in the mouth reveals a solid structure, with well-integrated tannins that define its profile. The aromatic complexity found on the nose is also present on the palate, confirming the quality that earned it 91 points in the Annuario dei Migliori Vini Italiani 2021 and a bronze medal. It will be an excellent companion for a Bistecca alla Fiorentina, wild boar roast, or beef stew.
