Appearance & Nose
01The Pecorino Colli Aprutini IGT is born from 100% Pecorino grapes from a single hectare in Canzano, at 300 meters above sea level, on clayey calcareous soils with abundant stony skeleton, trained in a hybrid row system. The vines, with an average age of over 5 years, are harvested between the first and second week of September, with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare.
