Curation Note

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas of white flowers, toasted almond, and a mineral note reminiscent of flint. On the palate, a soft attack followed by vibrant freshness and a silky body. Elegant evolution with notes of white-fleshed fruit and a pleasant sapidity. Long and clean finish, with good aging potential. Ideal with raw fish, seafood risotto, and fresh cheeses.
