Intense and brilliant ruby red. Aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and a floral hint of violet. On the palate, fresh and fruity attack, good acidity and soft but present tannins. Complex and well-structured, with harmonious balance and a pleasant persistence. Long and clean finish, with fruity notes and a slight mineral hint. It pairs magnificently with agnolotti del plin, vitello tonnato, aged cheeses, and game.
