Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Sangiovese, the principal grape variety of Tuscany, finds an authentic expression here in Chianti Classico, revealing itself in the glass with vibrant ruby reflections. On the nose, fragrant notes reminiscent of ripe red fruit are perceived, integrated by earthy nuances typical of the territory.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the wine shows a medium body, with a present but well-integrated tannic texture that gives structure, and a pleasant acidic note that invites another sip. Perfect with pici all'aglione, a grilled Florentine steak, or wild boar stew.
