Ruby red with violet reflections, this Valpolicella Classico Superiore offers fragrant notes of cherry, plum, and a hint of almond. The palate is balanced and fresh, with supple tannins and a pleasingly bitter almond finish characteristic of Corvina. Excellent with grilled lamb chops, osso buco, pappardelle with wild boar ragu, or a selection of aged cheeses.
