01Dolcetto, the star grape of the Langhe, finds a sparkling and lively expression in this version by Rivetti Dante, a result of the Dolcetto d'Alba Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. In the glass, it presents a light foam that hints at a fine perlage, inviting exploration of its fruity and slightly herbaceous notes, which are confirmed on the nose with a typical varietal hint of bitter almond.

02On the palate, its lively freshness and delicate effervescence make it a pleasant companion for local cured meats and Piedmontese appetizers, such as Fassona beef tartare or light vitel tonné.
