The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01From the cool Trentino-Alto Adige, where altitude and temperature variations shape the grape varieties, emerges a Pinot Noir in white guise, worked on its lees, offering a vibrant and authentic sip. In the glass, it reveals itself with delicate straw-yellow reflections, promising a tasting experience that speaks of its territory. The nose perceives fresh notes, with a hint of almond and a nuance reminiscent of freshly baked bread, a result of prolonged contact with the lees.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, its complexity manifests in a savory and graceful taste, with a pleasant softness that invites the next sip.

At the Table
03It pairs splendidly with a salmon trout fillet in an herb crust, fresh tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, or a delicate asparagus flan.
