Pale straw yellow, clear. On the nose, hints of almond, green apple, and a delicate floral touch emerge. On the palate, a soft attack, good freshness and a slender body. Savory evolution, balanced and with pleasant complexity. Clean finish, medium persistence, with fruity notes. Excellent with seafood appetizers, steamed fish, spring vegetables, fresh cheeses.
