Curation Note

Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, clear, of excellent consistency. Nose of good intensity, with delicate fruity notes and floral hints that evolve into more complex nuances. On the palate, fresh and clean attack, good sapidity, medium body and pleasant softness. Balanced structure, aromatic complexity reflected in a pleasing persistence. Medium-long finish, clean, with fruity echoes. Excellent with fish appetizers, steamed shellfish, spaghetti with clams, baked fish.
