01The Chianti Riserva, as such, is produced with Sangiovese as the main grape variety, with the addition, where permitted by the regulations, of other authorized black grape varieties, giving the wine its precise Tuscan territorial identity. This 2022 from Poggio Bonelli & Chigi Saracini presents itself in the glass with an intense ruby color. On the nose, notes reminiscent of ripe red fruits are perceived.

02On the palate, its structure supports good drinkability, making it an ideal companion for dishes such as a Florentine steak, wild boar ragu, or pappa al pomodoro.
