Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The land of Montalcino, kissed by the Tuscan sun and caressed by the winds blowing from the surrounding hills, gives this Sangiovese, in its purest expression, a unique complexity and depth. In the glass, this Brunello di Poggiarellino 2017 reveals an intense ruby color, a prelude to a rich olfactory profile with hints of ripe red fruit, earthy notes, and a spicy touch.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, a significant structure is perceived, with mature tannins leading to a persistent and enveloping taste, perfect for accompanying a grilled fiorentina steak, a braised wild boar, or a selection of aged pecorino cheeses.
