Bricco Rosso
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Piedmont offers us this Bricco Rosso, an expression of the Dolcetto grape variety which, in its regulations, finds its vocation in young and fruity wines. In the glass, it presents a beautiful, lively, intense, and inviting ruby color. On the nose, fresh and pleasant notes emerge, with hints reminiscent of crisp red fruit and a slight floral touch, an invitation to discovery.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the drink is agile and pleasantly fresh, with a satisfying sip that is well-suited to an informal meal. Excellent with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses or with a dish of Piedmontese agnolotti.
