Curation Note

Pale straw with fine persistent bubbles; aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of almond. The palate is crisp and dry with refreshing acidity, revealing notes of citrus zest and a subtle minerality. Excellent with light seafood appetizers, fresh pasta with vegetable sauces, goat cheese, and fried zucchini flowers.
