Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Sangiovese Grosso, the principal grape of the Brunello di Montalcino appellation, here from Piancornello, expresses its noble character, with a maturation that benefits from the Tuscan terroir. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, with garnet reflections that herald its structure.
-
Palate & Finish
02The nose opens with complex aromas, tertiary notes intertwined with younger fruity and floral nuances. A decisive sip, inviting one to discover the territorial nuances.

At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with a Bistecca alla Fiorentina, pappardelle with wild boar ragu, and a beef stew.
