Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear and crystalline, fine and persistent foam with an elegant and continuous perlage.

On the nose, it offers citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, floral notes of hawthorn and hints of bread crust and toasted almond, discreet evolution.

On the palate, it attacks with lively freshness and remarkable minerality, lean and vibrant body, absent tannins.

Complexity is manifested in a harmony between acidity and subtle sapidity, with a tense structure and impeccable balance.

Clean and refreshing finish, with good length and persistent citrus notes, ready but with aging potential.
