The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, governed by strict regulations, is presented here in an Extra Dry style that highlights its typicity. Its traditional winemaking, carried on for three generations by the Paolucci Giovanni winery, involves aging split between steel and 225-liter barriques, bestowing well-thought-out complexity. On the nose, the richness of the Montepulciano grape is perceived, with a maturation that is pleasantly savored.

On the palate, this 13.5% vol. red offers a smooth and pleasant drinkability, with a liveliness that makes it an excellent companion for dishes such as roast pork, lamb scottadito, or pasta alla chitarra.
