02On the nose, it releases subtle notes reminiscent of green apple and a light hint of yeast. On the palate, its drinkability is enhanced by minerality and a savoriness that invites you to continue. Perfect with an appetizer of crostini with smoked trout pâté or with spaghetti alle vongole.
