Pale straw yellow with faint green reflections, this Soave offers delicate aromas of white peach, almond blossom, and a whisper of wet stone. The palate is refreshingly crisp with a bright acidity, showcasing notes of green apple and a subtle minerality that lingers elegantly. Excellent with grilled sea bass, risotto with asparagus, or fresh mozzarella.
