The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Corvina, the principal grape of Valpolicella Classica, finds in this Amarone an expression of great intensity and depth, maturing into a wine of decisive character. In the glass, it presents an intense and deep ruby red color, almost impenetrable. On the nose, complex aromas of ripe red fruit emerge, enriched by spicy notes and a tertiary hint that outlines its structure.

Palate & Finish
02In the mouth, richness and softness are evident, supported by a full body and a significant alcohol content that never feels intrusive, but rather contributes to its remarkable evolution. Its opulence makes it an ideal companion for game in civet, Barolo braised meat, and aged cheeses.
