Valdobbiadene Docg Prosecco Superiore Spumante Extra Dry
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Valdobbiadene DOCG is synonymous with excellence strictly defined by its regulations, and this Miotto Prosecco Superiore Spumante Extra Dry faithfully interprets its spirit. In the glass, it presents a pale straw color, enlivened by a fine and dynamic perlage that hints at a delicate froth. The olfactory notes unfold with fresh and delicate aromas, typical of the Glera grape.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, its Extra Dry style offers a pleasantly rounded taste, with a barely perceptible sweetness that does not overpower the freshness, and an 11.30% alcohol content makes it agile and unpretentious.

At the Table
03It pairs splendidly with vegetable frittatas, crostini with olive pâté, and light cured meats.
