Roero Arneis DOCGLe Madri
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Roero, a Piedmontese land of clay and sand, imbues the Arneis grape with a vibrant freshness and an almost mineral note. Michele Chiarlo has captured this essence in his Le Madri, expressing it in a wine that presents itself in the glass with a beautiful pale straw yellow hue. On the nose, delicate floral and fruity notes are perceived, a hint of green apple and hawthorn that develop gracefully.
-
Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the wine reveals an agile body and a pleasant sapidity, inviting continuous sips.
-
At the Table
03It pairs splendidly with mushroom risotto, trout fillet with butter and sage, or Piedmontese agnolotti.
