Curation Note

Ruby red with garnet reflections, this Ripasso offers inviting aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and subtle notes of dried fig and spice. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, showcasing a pleasing balance of fruit, gentle tannins, and a lingering, elegant finish. Excellent with grilled lamb chops, slow-cooked beef stew, mushroom risotto, and aged Pecorino cheese.
