Deep ruby garnet with hints of brick, this Amarone presents an intense bouquet of dried cherry, fig, dark chocolate, and a subtle tobacco leaf undertone. The palate is full-bodied and opulent, showcasing velvety tannins, a rich glycerol texture, and a lingering finish of spice and dried fruit. Perfect with slow-cooked lamb, aged Pecorino cheese, rich mushroom risotto, or game birds.
