This Dosaggio Zero DOCG, produced by Mantì in Lombardia, presents in the glass with a fine mousse that envelops a pale straw color, animated by a continuous up-and-down of bubbles. On the nose, notes emerge recalling fresh fruit and a mineral hint, conferring complexity.
