Manera F.lli Luciano e Franco SAS
Langhe DOC Cabernet Sauvignon
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Cabernet Sauvignon finds a terroir in Piedmont, particularly in the Langhe area, capable of enhancing its vocation and conferring a peculiar identity. In the glass, it presents an intense, inviting ruby red color. On the nose, fruity notes emerge, intertwining with more complex hints typical of aging.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the sip is full, with a well-present but integrated tannic structure that blends with a pleasant softness.

At the Table
03This wine, in its Langhe DOC expression, pairs magnificently with structured dishes, such as a Barolo-braised meat or a selection of aged cheeses.
