01The Rosso di Montalcino, as stipulated by the regulations, is an expression of the Sienese territory and the Sangiovese grape. It presents in the glass with a beautiful, vibrant ruby red color. On the nose, fruity and floral notes emerge, nuances that prepare you for the sip.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with a pleasant savory vein that makes it lively. Excellent with pappa al pomodoro, peposo alla fornacina, or pappardelle with wild boar ragù.
