Appearance & Nose
01Il Dosso, with its N.B.!, offers us an authentic expression of Lombardy, true to the tradition of Sui Lieviti wines. This unfiltered sparkling wine appears in the glass with a golden haze and a generous foam that caresses the sides.

Palate & Finish
02On the nose, notes of ripe fruit and a hint of minerality are perceived, while on the palate, the liveliness of the bubbles accompanies slightly rustic notes, a testament to the production method.

03It is a wine that pairs beautifully with local cured meats, gnocco fritto, and pumpkin tortelli.
