Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Sangiovese, the cornerstone grape of Tuscany, finds here a faithful expression of the Chianti Classico appellation, enhancing its intrinsic acidity and tannic structure. In the glass, it presents a deep ruby color, a prelude to a bouquet evoking floral and fruity notes, typical of its youth.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the wine reveals a good structure and a pleasant minerality that accompanies each sip. A Chianti Classico Annata, therefore, perfect to accompany a dish of pici all'aglione or a bistecca alla fiorentina.
