The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01From the lands of Roero, this Arneis DOCG expresses the vocation of a territory marked by ancient sands, capable of lending white wines a distinct minerality and a pleasant freshness. In the glass, it presents an inviting pale straw color, full of greenish reflections. The nose perceives delicate hints of white flowers and a slightly almond note that invites exploration.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, it reveals itself as medium-bodied, with good acidity that makes it pleasing and thirst-quenching, ideal for accompanying lake fish dishes, tagliatelle with mushrooms, or vitello tonnato.
