The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Gigi Rosso, a faithful interpreter of the Piedmontese territory, offers us a Barbera d'Alba DOC that speaks with the sincerity of the grape varietal. In the glass, a lively red reveals itself, inviting from the first glance. The nose reveals aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruit, supported by an almost spicy note, typical of Barbera and its terroir.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the drink is characterized by a beautiful acidity, which makes it dynamic and pleasant, with a body that doesn't weigh down, inviting another sip. This wine is an ideal companion for agnolotti del plin, roasted guinea fowl, or a platter of aged cheeses.
