02On the nose, the olfactory expression is fresh and inviting, anticipating a sip that moves with enjoyment. Its Nebbiolo essence, with a vein linked to the character of Piedmont, makes it an excellent companion for dishes such as agnolotti del plin with roast sauce, tagliatelle with sausage ragù, or braised beef with Barolo.
