The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Sangiovese, the principal grape of this Tuscan land, finds a mature and complete expression in Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva. In the glass, the wine presents a deep ruby red, inviting exploration of its nuances. On the nose, complex aromas emerge, where fruity notes of cherry and plum blend with earthy undertones and a hint of spice.

At the Table
03This Chianti Classico Riserva pairs magnificently with grilled Florentine steak or pappardelle with wild boar ragù.
